Specializes in:

Civil litigation and corporate law. Mr. Barrett has represented clients at trials and arbitrations (including many binding arbitrations) and has defended hundreds of cases in the SIU arena. Clients include Fortune 500 Companies, major national and international insurance carriers and well known self-insured corporations such as cable TV and national restaurant chains. Litigation matters include a wide range of liability issues, breach of contract, copyright infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, fraud, personal injury and defense of corporate officers.

Apart from litigation, Mr. Barrett has represented many companies in a broad range of corporate transactional and securities matters. He has been lead attorney on dozens of private placements of equity and SEC registered securities offerings.
