General Casualty Litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of claims in the motor vehicle, property, product, premises, construction, employment, directors' and officers' liability, malpractice, sexual abuse and entertainment litigation arenas. Clients include major national and international insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, paratransit and transportation companies, municipalities, television networks and production companies. Devoted three years of practice to the prosecution of one of the largest civil RICO suits brought on behalf of the insurance industry, primarily against doctors and lawyers for violations of white-collar criminal statutes. Has also prosecuted cable piracy actions on behalf of the cable and television industry against international business organizations and has defended thousands of cases in the SIU arena. Secured four multi-million dollar plaintiffs' recoveries in the last few years alone — three of which were in the premises liability arena, exceeding $10 million (two among the highest non-economic damage recoveries in the history of the State of California). Designated Southern California counsel for all litigated claims for a Fortune 100 Company.
