General casualty litigation with an emphasis in the areas of premises liability, vehicular accidents including common carriers, tenant habitability on behalf of landlords and property mangers, construction defect, construction accidents, and business dispute litigation. Also has experience in insurance subrogation and declaratory relief matters. Since 1992, has handled multiple jury trials, arbitrations and mediations throughout California.
