Representative Matters:
Lead counsel In five jury trials representing Civil defendants, Mr. Kramer has successfully obtained five defense verdicts ($0) on behalf of his clients.
Just over 11 months after being sworn in to practice law in the State of California, and at 27 years of age. Mr. Kramer was given the opportunity to take his first case to trial in the Unlimited Jurisdiction of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Santa Monica Courthouse. The case involved probable liability against his client; the paramount issue being causation of plaintiff's injuries, which included $22,000 in medical treatment with alleged future surgery. During closing arguments plaintiff's counsel asked for $142,000 in damages. But after only 40 minutes of deliberation the jury unanimously voted in favor of the defendant, thus discharging his client of any financial responsibility.
Obtained four defense verdicts where his client admitted liability. His clients have in fact received thousands in reimbursement from the plaintiff when he beat the pre-trial statutory offer.
