Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett LLP, prides itself on its summer law clerk program. Our summer program provides opportunities for students to experience the day to day operation of a law firm and the litigation practice.  Our program provides hands on training and acclimates the law clerk to our clients and processes as well as the practice of law. 

During the summer, we ask for a ten to twelve week commitment generally from the end of May through early August.  Students need to have completed their first full year of studies and be in good standing at their law school.  Summer law clerks are generally hired at each of our Southern California offices:  Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange County.  Positions may also be available at our San Diego office.  Law clerks are compensated for their work at rates commensurate with their experience and level of education.  In addition to summer positions, Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett LLP employs full and part time law clerks during the school year and many summer clerks elect to apply for such positions after completing their summer clerkship.
