Civil Litigation involving property casualty, personal injury, premises and products liability, construction defect, real estate, and contract disputes.  Has considerable experience in the cause and origin and forensic analysis of fires and catastrophic events.  Has over  20 years experience as a former banking executive with expertise in lending institutions, originations, fraud investigation, financial audit and multi-state regulatory compliance including significant interaction and involvement with State and Federal Agencies.  As a member of the American Mortgage Banker's Association subcommittee was involved in developing the enabling legislation resulting in the creation of the California Department of Corporations' Mortgage Lender’s License.
