Has considerable experience in the cause and origin and forensic analysis of fires and catastrophic events. Has over 20 years experience as a former banking executive with expertise in lending institutions, originations, fraud investigation, financial audit and multi-state regulatory compliance including significant interaction and involvement with State and Federal Agencies. As a member of the American Mortgage Banker's Association subcommittee was involved in developing the enabling legislation resulting in the creation of the California Department of Corporations' Mortgage Lender’s License.
