DAMON General Partner Orange County Office Jennifer Damon is a civil litigator who focuses her practice both on general casualty litigation, with an emphasis on the vehicular and property arenas and on contractual litigation, specializing in the interpretation of insurance contracts. She is also experienced in appellate law, insurance coverage and bad faith cases. Her clients include a wide range of national insurance carriers. Since 1984, she has handled multiple jury trials and hundreds of mediations and arbitrations throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. Ms. Damon supervises the firm's Med-Pay Program; a specialized program designed to enforce the medical payment provisions of insurance contracts. Her responsibilities include addressing clients and prospective clients on structuring their own medical payment programs. She recently addressed the Automobile Bodily Injury Fraud Conference, speaking on taking statements of witnesses and claimants concerning fraudulent claims. Ms. Damon is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association; State Bar of California; American Bar Association; Connecticut Bar Association; and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Ms. Damon received her B.A. degree in 1981 from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. degree in 1984 from Loyola University of Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, the State of Connecticut and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
