| STEPHEN S. GRANDE
General Partner Orange County Office Stephen Grande is an experienced civil litigator whose practice encompasses personal injury, business litigation, employment practices torts (discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge), products liability, construction defect, premises liability and homeowner liability. His clients include major insurance carriers, third party administrators, small and medium-size institutional clients, grocery stores and self-insured entities. He also serves as an arbitrator in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Mr. Grande lectures regularly to both business and insurance audiences in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and to the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. His presentations include investigating minimal impact accident claims; investigating and evaluating suspect medical claims, sexual harassment in the workplace and wrongful discharge claims. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice section and Labor and Employment Law section), Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, International Association of Special Investigators in Insurance Fraud Prevention (Lecturer 1990-1992) and the State Bar of California. Mr. Grande received his B.A. degree in 1978 from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree in 1981 from Southwestern University, where he received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Insurance Law and Corporations. |
