Reason for becoming a lawyer:
To make a difference in people's lives and to work for and with those who need help.

What I like best about practicing at GKC&J:
The history of great trial lawyers and the tradition of putting the client first above all else.

Greatest win/moment:
Defending a poor, Bulgarian immigrant, who was alleged to have defaced priceless works of art, when he, in fact, was asked to restore them to their prior luster. With the help of the Getty Museum we were able to establish that he had preserved, and not destroyed, these works of art.

Latest hobby/project:
Learning and appreciating the history of the American Revolution; the Civil War; the conflict in the Middle East' the French Revolution and the development of democracy.

Words of Wisdom:
A journey is its own reward.
