General Partner San Francisco Office Specializes in: Litigation including insurance defense and property and casualty including catastrophic personal injury and litigation arising from premises or automobile liability. With significant experience in not only litigating but also in training and setting up programs to combat fraudulent claims. Education: I started on the East Coast at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. When the family moved to Los Angeles I subsequently attended and graduated from the University of Southern California (B.A., cum laude, 1974). I went to law school at Loyola University of Los Angeles (J.D. Degree - 1978). Member: Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Lecturer: I have had the honor of lecturing many insurance company employees and attorneys in regards to the handling of fraudulent or questionable claims. I have also lectured attorney groups concerning evidence at Trial and depositions. I have been charge of training attorneys within the law firm and have had the pleasure to see those attorneys become great litigators. What I Like Best About Practicing Law: What I like best about practicing at Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett are both the people within the firm and forming relationships with clients including those working for many major insurance carriers as well as self-insureds.
