In an action brought by a manager that he was fired for reporting illegal activity of the company, Arthur J. McKeon and Rebecca J. Smith convinced a court that his allegations for whistle blowing, retaliation, breach of contract and for violation of the labor code for the failure to pay wages were devoid of merit.  The trial court granted summary judgments on behalf of the employer..
