At GKC&J new associates are considered for non-equity or contract partnership once they have been with the firm for
seven years.
While this may be considered to be an industry standard, our exceptional time track to equity partnership is not. In fact, once an associate has earned the title of contract partner, the transition to general partner is based on merit and value to the firm,
which means the speed at which partnership is bestowed upon associates is up to them and their passion for their work, their commitment, and their involvement in the firm. |
